Refunds and returns policy
I offer different types of refunds and returns depending the product or service purchased on this website. You can check that information below.
You can only get refunds for products that are not on sale or available as an offer.
Workshops and Photo Tours
The 50% deposit is non refundable. If you sent me the money to pay for the workshop or photo tour in full and you can't attend to the event, in the case of a workshop you can get back the 50% remaining if you let me know 10 days before the day of the event. 5 days before the event, no refunds will be made. I do not make exceptions.
In the case of photography tours, you have up to 15 days before the tour to let me know, and I will refund you the remaining 50% through the payment method you used. 7 days before the tour, no refunds will be made. I do not make exceptions.
Photo Tour Cancellation
In order to offer a problem free photo tour I need at least 6 registered participants. If that quota is not reached the event will be cancelled because I'm not able to pay for the lodging and transportation I outsource. When cancelling I'll let all the registered people know about it 20 days before the event and all the money will be refunded.
Fine-art prints
If you purchased a print and the image has not been printed yet, you can ask for a 100% refund. If the picture has been already printed you won't be able to get a refund.
Stock Videos
Once you have downloaded the licensed video no refunds will be given.
Please make sure the video you want to purchase is right for your project before making a payment. You can download a sample by clicking below the Proxy column on each video.
If you need to return a stock video, I can only refund you if the file was not downloaded and you contacted me in less than 7 days since the purchase. If you want to change your stock video you will get a new download link.
Downloadable digital products
If you need to return a paid editing tool or video course I can only refund you if the file was not downloaded and you contacted me in less than 7 days since the purchase.
Once you have downloaded an editing tool or video course no refunds will be given.
The courses and video/image editing tools links will be always online, that content is uploaded for unlimited time for you to download from your personal account.
Other products and services
Gift cards are non refundable.
Membership subscriptions are non refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time and you'll stop getting access to the content after the subscription period ends (30 days from the initial payment).
Refund payment method
The money is refunded using the payment method you used at the moment of the purchase, but I cannot refund you Mercado Pago, Mobbex, Stripe or PayPal fees since they keep that money when you make a payment. This applies for every product and service on this website.
